John McMahon

Personal Real Estate Corporation

John worked as a school principal in Kelowna and gained a wide-range of experiences and skills in his work to support families. He has extensive knowledge of the neighbourhoods and their unique characteristics, amenities and strengths.

John has always had a keen interest in Real Estate. He has presented to city councils to subdivide a property, built a home, bought and sold many houses and renovated numerous times. He has the ability to see the potential in property and the knowledge to guide clients buying or selling real estate to the best possible course of action.

He has a masters degree in leadership, has attended and completed coursework at the prestigious Rotman School of Business in Toronto and at Harvard University. John is the ‘principled’ choice.


Wade Webb

Managing Broker

Wade is a key member of  the John McMahon Team.  Wade brings the quality of service to clients to greater heights through his contributions in ensuring the very best possible level of service is provided. He possesses an extensive knowledge of the Central Okanagan Real Estate Market and makes significant contributions to the success of the team.

He was a licensed award-winning salesperson at 21 years of age and actively sold for 14 years. He has accumulated a vast amount of knowledge and experience in his twelve years of brokerage ownership.


Dave Favell

Managing Broker/Sales Development

Dave Favell was born and raised in Kelowna.  He is a Diamond Award winning REALTOR® Dave brings his connections, wealth of knowledge and support to ensure that John McMahon provides the very best service possible.  Like John McMahon, when Dave is not working in Real Estate he is pursuing his passion in music. Dave has played guitar at festivals around the world.


Peter Borszcz

Peter is a lawyer at Montgomery Miles and Stone Law Firm and is focused on commercial real estate, residential real estate, business law, corporations, commercial transactions, estate planning for small business, and trusts.

As a Kelowna Real Estate Lawyer, Peter has a wide variety of real estate clients. From first time home buyers to large commercial landlords and property developers, he has assisted thousands of local homeowners and Realtors buy and sell residential real estate.

Peter obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta. During law school, Peter was awarded both Dean’s List standing and the Louise McKinney scholarship for placement in the top 2% of his law school class. Peter is the author of numerous periodical legal articles which are published on a regular basis for the benefit of both clients as well as the Okanagan business community. Peter teaches extensively for the BC Real Estate Association and is one of the “LEGAL UPDATE” instructors providing continuing education to Realtors and Strata Managers.

Julie’s love for photography has evolved throughout the years. Though one thing has remained constant, the motivation to ignite emotion from an image.

Try to think of one exceptional image in a magazine or on social media that doesn’t spark emotion, can’t do it can you! Her motivation behind every click of the camera is to help stir up an emotion.

It’s simple! A great image should create a feeling within the hearts of home buyers. After all, it is emotion that motivates people to buy, consume or take part. A food shot should make the mouth water, a photo of a personal trainer should make you feel a sense of motivation to work out, a beautiful home or custom closet space should inspire you to live bigger, better and more contented

Julie’s 20 plus years of business experience in sales and marketing has sharpened a keen eye and expanded her sense of enthusiasm as a professional photographer. She is a pleasure to work with and a valued member of the team.


Kym Cole

Kym has been proudly serving homeowners, real estate agents and property developers for over 25 years.  Born in the UK and raised in Canada, Kym has been passionate about interior design since childhood! Falling in love with rearranging and decorating her own home almost on a weekly basis!

She has blazed a trail in the industry by combining experience, creativity and technical skills in every project she works on.  Backed by a successful career as an Interior Designer, Certified True Colour Expert and Professional Real Estate Stager, her expertise has been sought after throughout Western Canada.  She founded her company in 2006 and could not imagine doing anything else!

Cheryl is a true BC natice, having spent her life along the beautiful BC Coast before aking the move to the glorious Okanagan to be closer to her child - and now, her beloved grandchild. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, she's worn many hats, from listings and sales to office administration. Her decades of hands-on work have given her a deep, well-rounded understanding of how real estate works, and she prides herself on being prompt, reliable, and detail-oriented. When she's not hard at work, you'll likely find Cheryl out on her boat, soaking in the beauty of Okanagan Lake, or tending to her community garden plot.
